Create Your Account

Register as an organizer on OyoTimes. It takes 30 seconds. You only need one account to manage all your future parties, concerts, or workshops.

Publish Your Event

Go to your dashboard and click "Create New Event". You will need:

  • A catchy Title.
  • A nice Flyer/Poster (Image).
  • Venue Location & Date.
  • Ticket Price (Or set it to "Free").

💡 Tip: Once published, you get a unique link (e.g., oyotimes.com/events/summer-party). Share this link on your WhatsApp status and Instagram!

Monitor Sales

Watch your dashboard as people buy tickets.

  • No Stress: We handle the payments securely via Flutterwave.
  • Instant Delivery: Your customers receive their tickets via Email immediately.
  • Notifications: You see the "Sold Count" rise in real-time.

At The Gate (Check-in)

On the day of the event, you don't need a printed list.

  1. Open your Dashboard on your phone.
  2. Click "Gatekeeper Scanner".
  3. Point your camera at the guest's Ticket QR Code.
  4. It will show ✅ VALID or ⚠️ ALREADY USED.

Get Paid

After the event (or whenever you need funds), go to your Wallet and click "Withdraw".

We process transfers to your Nigerian bank account within 24-48 hours.
